The Delhi Government’s Digital Literacy Awareness Program is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering the youth of North East Delhi by equipping them with essential digital skills. This project is being rolled out across 137+ government schools, targeting students from classes 8th to 12th. In an era where technology is rapidly evolving and shaping every aspect of our lives, ensuring digital literacy has become a crucial priority.

This program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the digital landscape with confidence and responsibility. The curriculum focuses on fundamental digital tools, online safety, critical thinking in the digital space, and the application of technology in real-world scenarios. By imparting these skills, the initiative seeks to ensure that students are not just consumers of technology but also capable creators, innovators, and problem solvers.

The primary goal of the Digital Literacy Awareness Program is to bridge the digital divide, ensuring that no student is left behind in the digital age. By offering this training, the Delhi Government is working to level the playing field, enabling all students, regardless of their socio-economic background, to develop the skills needed to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Through this initiative, we aim to cultivate a generation of digitally literate individuals, ready to harness the potential of technology for academic success, career growth, and personal development. By fostering a technologically proficient community, the Delhi Government envisions a future where students are empowered to lead, innovate, and succeed in the digital era. The program is a critical step towards building a digitally inclusive society, where every student has the opportunity to excel in an interconnected world.
